Cut half chicken breast in cubes, then season it with your favourite herbs like oregano, parsley, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Grill them for 3 minutes each side. Dice two tomatoes, add some fresh parsley, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix the salad well and put the chicken on top of it.
