Grapefruit, watermelon and carrots are high on water content but low in calories. Fiber content means that it takes longer to digest, making you feel full longer. Vegetables, fruits or whole grains all have fiber. Fat is high in energy density. Usually, dairy and meat are higher in calories than other food items.
