3 Healthy Ground Chicken Recipes

Chicken dishes doesn’t have to be boring. You’ll be craving seconds when it comes to these delicious and healthy ground chicken recipes. They are all loaded with nutrients and vitamins, all minus the fat. Without further ado, here are the recipes:

Spaghetti and Chicken Meatballs. In a bowl, combine ½ pound of ground chicken breast with one grated onion and two garlic cloves. Add in ¾ tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan and one egg. Mix everything together with your hands and form 1-inch meatballs. Place them into the oven on a baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.

In a sauté pan, heat up some olive oil and toss in 6 ounces of tomato sauce, one garlic clove and half an onion. Cook for one minute and then simmer until the onion softens. Cook the pasta and mix everything together.

Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Begin by arranging 16 lettuce wraps on a large platter. Pour 1/2 cup of chili sauce into a small bowl and place it on a platter with the leaves. Mix one pound of chicken with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and one teaspoon of cornstarch. Marinate it for 10 minutes.

Heat up oil into a large nonstick skillet over medium-heat. Add in 4 medium shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for 15 seconds. Add in the chicken mixture and cook, stirring often for about 3-4 minutes.

Spoon out the chicken into a bowl, serving with the lettuce leaves, chili sauce and cashew nuts. To eat: spoon out the chicken into the lettuce cup, sprinkling nuts over it. Roll the leaves and then dip in chili sauce.

Spicy Thai Chicken Stir Fry. Heat up some oil into a skillet then add in 4 cloves of garlic and 3 chilies, along with the chopped onion. Add in 500g of chicken and cook it, breaking it up as you go. Incorporate 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and one of oyster sauce and cook with the meat. Serve it over rice with tomato wedges and garnish with some coriander.
