First of all, take the chicken wings and put them in a Ziploc bag. Try to remove the little end part from each of the wings. After you did this, you can start placing the wings in the plastic bag. To protect against leaks, you can place the bag in a casserole dish. You will also need to place the bag in the refrigerator, therefore a casserole is a good idea.

Now take the lemon, garlic and rosemary and mix them together in a little bowl. After you are done, pour it all over your chicken wings in the bag. Give the bag a couple of good shakes to distribute the marinade properly. Place the bag in the casserole and then in the fridge overnight. The next step is to remove the lemon, garlic and rosemary bits from the bag. Pat the wings with paper towels and let them dry. Let them sit on the counter for 30 minutes to bring them to room temperature.

Second of all, season them well with salt and pepper and then you can begin to actually bake them. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Now line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with baking spray. Place the wings upside down in the pan and make sure to space them evenly. Bake for 10 minutes on each side.

To grill them, just oil the grate and then place the wings upside down on the grill. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes on each side. And this is the lemon garlic chicken wings recipe! The fresh, citrus taste is perfect for a summer barbecue.
