Spread this mix on a baking sheet. You can form it as you like. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Then, increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees F (225 degrees C), spread tomato paste on the crust, sprinkle basil and oregano on top. Shred some cheese and add your favourite toppings, such as olives or pepperoni. Bake for another 5-10 minutes and you have a great low-carb pizza.
Meat Pie at Dinner. I’m sure you will love this meat pie. Fry one yellow onion and 2 garlic cloves in butter or olive oil for a few minutes. Then add 600g ground beef and keep frying. After this, add some oregano, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Then, add 4 tablespoons of tomato paste and half glass of water and simmer for 20 minutes. For the crust, mix 180 g of almond flour, 60 g of sesame seeds, 60 g coconut four, 1 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 egg and 60 ml of water. Mix them well and spread the dough along the sides of a pie pan. Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes, then add meat in the crust. Also, you can mix some cottage cheese and shredded cheese on top of it. Bake for 30-40 minutes and serve with salad and dressing!
