  • 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour
  • 1 can of vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • sour cream
  • shredded cheddar cheese

Spicy Pork Chili

Firstly, begin by heating your oven up to 325 degrees F. Take your pork roast and brush all sides of it with 3 tbsp oil then rub it with the crushed red pepper. Take a roasting pan and put jalapeno, garlic and one cup of water inside then also add your roast. Now you can begin cooking it for about 3 hours until the meat it tender. Once it finished cooking, shred it into pieces then set it aside. Make sure to keep the liquid that remained from cooking the meat.

Secondly, preheat your broiler and put your peppers into a baking sheet lined with foil. Broil everything 5 inches away from the heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Let them cool off and then you can proceed to the next step. Using a small knife, peel all of the skin off of your peppers and chop them once they are cool enough to handle.

Lastly, in a Dutch oven, cook your onion with 3 tablespoons of oil until its tender then stir in the chili powder and flour. Put in all of your other ingredients along with the pork meat and let them boil. Reduce heat and let them simmer for 20 minutes then serve your pork chili with sour cream and shredded cheese.
